Letter to President Cyril Ramaphosa ahead of his visit to the United States

Amnesty International wrote to South African President Cyril Ramaphosa ahead of his meeting with United States President Joe Biden in Washington D.C. on 16 September 2022. 

The letter highlights ongoing concerns with human rights issues in the United States which we hope President Ramaphosa will raise with President Biden during his meeting.
